Meals on Wheels is a community project, coordinated by the Senior Center of Wilmington. Temple volunteers prepare and deliver hot meals to elderly or disabled Wilmington residents one Sunday each month. This hot meal may be the only hot meal these people will have that day.
You will be provided with convenient route containing addresses and directions. You also will receive individual aluminum trays and covers to hold the hot foods you prepare.
The thanks you receive from the applicative people to whom you deliver will remind you that this is a Mitzvah.
If you are willing to prepare the food, deliver it or both, please contact the Temple Office.
