emple of Israel is a warm caring group of about 160 families. We are affiliated with the Union of American Hebrew Congregations and follow the practices of Reform Judaism. Our membership is represented by all ages, from couples with young children and teenagers to single adults and retirees.
Temple of Israel welcomes interfaith couples and wants them to play an active role in all activities of the Congregation. We have a very active Religious School, Sisterhood and a newly formed Men's Group.
While many of our members are long time congregants, numerous others are relatively new additions to the Wilmington area and to our Congregational family. We greet with enthusiasm, the infusion of new individuals and families, who can contribute their unique perspectives and creative ideas to benefit us all and look forward to welcoming YOU!!
